Live improvisations with viola and electronics
Composer/performers Sebastian Adams (viola) and Jonathan Nangle (guitar, electronics) play an improvised set in the beautiful Fumbally Stables, an intimate space for their delicately spun textures and distinctive sound combinations.
Nangle, in a recent release with Crash Ensemble ‘Pause’, was described by The Irish Times as “an explorer of soft-grained textures of string on bow”, while Adams has been praised by The Journal of Music for his delicate and chaotic music that “toys with the listener’s sense of expectation”.
