AIC Member - D. E. McCarthy

David Ernest McCarthy studied composition under the guidance of Donnacha Dennehy, Roger Doyle, Fergus Johnston, Jürgen Simpson and others.

He is the recipient of various awards including the Arts Council 'Projects: New Work' award.

The main outlet for Mc Carthy's work is with the Irish Composers' Collective, with several performances per year at An Ceoláras Náisiúnta / The National Concert Hall, Dublin.
